Started from her kitchen table, Haberman is now a global brand. Mandy is best known for the Anywayup® cup – the world’s first totally nonspill trainer cup. Invented 20 years ago, the cup’s patented valve technology took the market by storm and revolutionized the nursery market worldwide.

Chairwoman, Danish Inventors Association & INVENTOR, DOUBLE LOOPS® DENMARK Vivi Aakjaer is one of the few Danish professionally inventors and co- founder of The Danish Inventor Association. She was one of the primus motors, and the initiative back in 2005 that made it possible, to realize the project up to now. She has received great recognition over the years for her work. The activities are widely spread, also as writer about innovations. One is a book published by the leading Danish business newspaper “Boersen” with the title: ”The forgotten store”describing the waste of potential for growth in business.

It transforms cooking by offering a smart appliance that can automatically add ingredients during the cooking process. It cooks itself by automatically introducing all varieties of ingredients at predetermined intervals and at the right temperature, just like a chef. It is a fully automated countertop appliance that cooks various recipes using pre-programmed Electronic Recipe Cards.

TASNIM MOHAMMED HILAL SAID AL DAWUDI & SALMA SALIM ALSUDAIRI of OMAN win overall Diamond Award and are the inventors of a product equivalent in quality to an oil product. Tasnim has created a transformative technology that converts the date kernels into oil-based mud and can be used in oil well drilling operations at a lower cost value, and most importantly environmentally friendly. Transforming date seeds into an oil gas drilling necessity as acquiring oil-based mud can be expensive with the challenge of securing a high-quality product, that can be relied upon permanently.

from the UK was presented with the Chairman’s Discretionary Award for Bug grip – the universal clip that attaches to pushchairs or shopping trolley/carts. It can attach two pushchairs/buggies together to create a double buggy when required. It attaches quickly, safely and securely. Its use can extend to attaching to scooters, wheelchairs and walking aids. Jennifer came up with the invention when as a disabled mum with 3 children she found it impossible to steer a shopping cart and a newborn in a pushchair.

With a unique shape, the pressure point has moved to each side of the clip, making it extremely comfortable to wear making it comfortable for every day, casual, evening, sports, gym and holidays.
